So you want to learn more about how to lead at Group at Central Community Church!

This training offers videos and resources to get started as a group leader.

Included are the following modules:

• Introduction to Leading a Group: Learn why Groups are essential at Central, why we have 5 kinds of groups, and what is expected of Group Leaders. 
• Planning Your Group: Discover the details you'll need to consider to successfully design, plan and launch your group. 
• Filling Your Group: Your Group isn't a group without people! This module walks you through helpful ways to fill your Group with people who would be a great fit.

Understanding the principles and resources taught in this training will serve as a foundation you'll build on as you and your participants grow more connected to God and to each other!

Note: This training is a prerequisite for anyone becoming a Group Leader at Central, because we're passionate about our groups and leaders getting off to a solid start!
